65 year old male patient with uncontrolled diabetes suffering from mellitus was complaining of Lt. shoulder for more than 3 months(VAS 9/10). Restricted all shoulder pain movements, mainly internal movement, diagnosed frrozen shoulder pain by USG. USG guided injection to shoulder was made. After that pain decreased to Mild pain (3/10).

71 year old male patient with fever and unconscious state for 2 days was admitted in ICU. Patient was diagnosed with complicated cerebral malaria with covid positive. The patient was on ventilator for 11 days, finally on 12th day he opened his eyes and got discharged from hospital after 47 days of stay healthy and fine.
